YEM coordinates an active Citizen Science Investigation programme which involves 50 volunteers, known as the “Yealm Dippers”. Volunteers sample water quality on an approximately monthly basis at 29 sites throughout the Yealm Catchment as part of the Westcountry Rivers Trust programme.
